Batasia Loop

Batasia Loop is the major part of the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway that attracts tourists and nature lovers with its rich natural beauty and panoramic view of Darjeeling Hill. The name Batasia means an air space which reflects the beauty of this place. Being located at the hilltop Batasia Loop is popular for the toy train that takes a full circle along the looping rail gauge situated around the park creating a picturesque view.
